Peppered Beef

Our Peppered Beef is a labor of love. We start by seasoned-simmering lean, high-quality beef in a rich stock of onions and traditional spices until it is succulent. The beef is then lightly fried to give it that authentic “party-style” golden exterior before being “married” to our signature pepper base. This base is slow-fried until the natural sugars in the tomatoes and bell peppers caramelize, creating a thick, sticky, and spicy sauce that coats every single piece of beef.

Ingredients

• Protein: Premium Beef Chunks.

• The Sauce: Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Scotch Bonnet (Atarodo), and Tomato Paste.

• Aromatics: Ginger, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Curry Powder, Thyme, Seasoning Cubes, and Salt.

Storage & Reheating

• Storage: Keep refrigerated (0-5°C) and consume within 48 hours. This soup freezes beautifully—simply thaw and simmer to bring the flavors back to life.

• Reheating: For the best experience, pour into a pot and bring to a gentle boil on the stove. If using a microwave, heat in a deep bowl for 3–5 minutes until piping hot.
